Caribbean Poker Codes and Hints

[ English ]

Online poker has become world celebrated lately, with televised events and celebrity poker game shows. Its popularity, though, arcs back in reality a bit farther than its TV ratings. Over the years many variants on the first poker game have been developed, including some games that are not really poker anymore. Caribbean stud poker is 1 of these games. Despite the name, Caribbean stud poker is most closely related to blackjack than old guard poker, in that the gamblers bet against the casino rather than the other players. The winning hands, are the long-standing poker hands. There is no conniving or other kinds of deception. In Caribbean stud poker, you are expected to pay up before the croupier declares "No more bets." At that instance, both you and the house and of course every one of the different players receive five cards each. Once you have seen your hand and the dealer’s 1st card, you have to in turn make a call wager or surrender. The call bet’s amount is equal to your beginning wager, meaning that the stakes will have doubled. Giving Up means that your bet goes immediately to the house. After the wager comes the conclusion. If the house doesn’t have ace/king or greater, your wager is given back, plus a figure in accordance with the original wager. If the house has a hand with ace/king or greater, you succeed if your hand is greater than the bank’s hand. The casino pays out cash equal to your original bet and fixed expectations on your call wager. These expectations are:

  • Equal for a pair or high card
  • 2-1 for 2 pairs
  • three to one for 3 of a kind
  • four to one for a straight
  • five to one for a flush
  • 7-1 for a full house
  • 20-1 for a four of a kind
  • 50-1 for a straight flush
  • 100-1 for a royal flush
